Tubes

After many (and I do mean many) ear infections, our ped and I decided it was time for Will to get tubes. Just since August he's had 6 ear infections. We just finished up an antibiotic on Sunday and the doc said he removed fluid and yuck today. I will say, Will was a super trooper! He didn't mind me waking him at 5:30am, didn't fuss at all during our waiting time and even when they took him from me he was fist bumping and high fiving people. He was, however, none too pleased when I came back to get him. Mad at the world would scratch the surface of how he was acting. He did calm down eventually in my arms and slept all the way home and until 12:30 in his crib. He's running around after his brother right now. I'd say today was a success. Here's to healthier ears!!

Visit with Papa

Right before Christmas we took the boys to visit Robbie's papa.  This sweet man is 89 and still plays golf.  I always enjoy my time with Papa.  Robbie spent a great portion of his childhood with Papa and Mimi (she passed 6 years ago).  Papa fueled Robbie's love for golf.  We don't get to see him as much as we'd like, but when we do the boys always enjoy their time.  Will enjoyed Papa quite a bit this go round.  He wouldn't leave him alone.  Thankfully Papa didn't mind.

I left a blank on the blog for Christmas.  My oh my did the Perry family have a good one.  Trying to sort through the blue billion pictures is taking me quite some time.  For today, enjoy your families and give thanks for a new year and all the wonderful things to come.
