So this big thing ran into the back of my smaller automobile and would you like to know who won the fight? That would be my car! So ha Mr. I'm Making Up For Smaller Things In My Life by buying this big POS! My meager Pilot showed you! Granted the back bumper did have to be replaced, but it doesn't compare to what he has to have done. I bet that'll teach Mr. IMUFSTIML to swat at "mosquitos" while driving in morning traffic on I-40 and merging into traffic. That little mosquito cost quite a bundle in the scheme of things.

Phoenix, AZ or BUST!

Oh my what a wonderful time we've had in Phoenix! My flight leaves today at 12:30pm (that's 3:30 NC time). I'm looking forward to getting back home and loving on Andrew. I've missed him very much. We've talked to him every day, but it just isn't the same. So far I've taken 154 pictures and Robbie will take more while he's in AZ. Here are a few photos to get you started. I'll post more when I get home.

2 Year Check-up

My little guy had his 2 yr. check-up yesterday. The doctor asked us if he lifts weights, which caused us to chuckle. For those of you who have seen the "push-up video" you'll know why I say that.

Here are Andrew's stats:
Weight: 27.13 lbs.
Height: 34.5 inches

Here's the kicker... Andrew was completely fine at his appt. He "passed" with flying colors. Fast forward to 1.5 hours later.

Ring ring
Amy: Hello?
Michelle: Amy?
Amy: Yes?
Michelle: This is Michelle. Andrew has a temp. of 103. We need you to come and get him.
Amy: Really? That's odd. He left the doctor's office not even 2 hours ago and was completely fine.
Michelle: Did he get any shots?
Amy: No, he's done until he turns 5. I'll be there in 15 min. Thanks for calling.

I go and pick my child up and I'll have you know they had him quarantined in the kitchen on his mat. WTH? My child is fine and should not be ostracized b/c you think he has the plague. I pick him up and take him home. I take him temp. once I get home and he only had a temp of 100.4. There again, WTH? I check his temp 2 hours later and it's 98.8. So now my child has to stay home for 24 hours before he can go back. My sweet neighbor graciously offered to keep Andrew today. Trust and believe next time I'll take my own thermometer and check his temp.
