Today Mommy and Daddy gave me a birthday party at Just Playin' Around. I had such a fun time playing with everyone. There was so much fun stuff for us to do. I can't wait for my party next year!

School's In

Monday marked my first day of daycare. I'm not too sure about this daycare thing. Mommy and Daddy both went with me to school. I like playing with the toys, but I don't like them leaving me. Today I played with Ethan and that was fun, but I miss my mommy during the day. I did color a picture for Mommy and Daddy to let them know I still love them. I'll keep you posted on how school goes. I do hope I start liking it more.

Hayden's Birthday

Happy Birthday to my buddy Hayden! He turned 2 on Sunday. I went to Hayden's party on Saturday and had a blast. I was a little anti-social, but I had fun playing with the bubbles and balls. Thanks Hayden for inviting me! I hope you had a great birthday.

Anger Management

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Mommy celebrated her 29th birthday on Thursday. Daddy took her to a nice dinner while I got to stay with Nonnie. I'm not sure who had the better night, me or Mommy.

News, News and More News

Wow, where do I start?

I'm going back to work April 2nd. I'm looking forward to joining the workforce again. I do hope it won't be hard, but I've set a goal of 6 months. If after 6 months things aren't like I expected then I'll re-evaluate. This leads to...

Andrew will be starting daycare at Little Treasures on March 26th. We're going to use this week as a transition week. We went this morning for our "official" tour and he seemed to have a blast. This daycare is also where I drop Bailey off in the a.m., which will be nice. It's the "kill 2 birds with one stone theory", although I don't want either of the birds to actually be "killed". I'd like them both in one piece upon pick-up at the end of the day. You get what I mean. I hope he'll slide right in and not have any hiccups, but we'll take them as they come.

This is the most exciting part of the news to me... Season Moore will be doing our pictures on March 28th. I cannot rave about Season enough. Her work is absolutely amazing! April 1st is fast approaching. To many of you that's April Fool's day, but to me it's the day my life changed forever. A change that has been absolutely wonderful and fabulous to the Perry family! My baby boy will be 2 (going on 13)! Can you believe it? Andrew will be 2!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're going to party on party people March 31st at Just Playin' Around in Cary.

I think that's it for now. Sure is a whole lot to consume so read slowly and take a sip of water if you need to.

Sorry it has been so... long since I've updated you.

Nothing really exciting going on here at the Perry house. We're just waiting for spring to get here and lots of warm weather to hit. Don't forget to set your clocks 1 hour forward this Sunday. DST hits us and I couldn't be more excited! I don't like losing an hour of sleep, but longer days is always nice.

I guess I should mention I "may" be going back to work. I've been offered a job, but I've got to work out some of the particulars before I jump back into a 40 hour work week. Daycare is top on the list. I'm also waiting to hear from school on whether I'll be able to take the dental hygiene classes starting in the fall. If I can then I definitely won't be going back to work. So many things up in the air.

I head out for my annual "Mom and Me" weekend in Williamsburg on Friday. It's hard to believe my mom and I have been doing this since I was a freshman in college. I look forward to every March not because it happens to be the best month of the year (well, other than April), but because I get to spend quality time with Lil Mama. Bring on the outlet malls, pottery and good food!
